Repeat customers receive the following benefits on rentals:
o
5-10% discount on my rack rates (10% on Diamond Resorts direct
reservations, usually 5% on everything else, some reservations for units owned
by other owners such as Westin and Marriott I may or may not be able to offer
discounts). Sometimes with full rack
rate payment I’ll upgrade you to the next size unit (depends on reservation and
resort)
o
If you book vacations more than 8 months in advance I bill 50% at
time of booking and balance 2.5 months before checkin
for any reservations made from my ownership (Westin and Marriott and other
owner reservations are always 100% at time of booking, as is true for first
time customers).
