LEGEND:
Note1 – If a unit does not designate how many baths, that doesn’t
mean it only has one!
Note2 – It the resort is not fully identified, it is a Diamond
Resorts (Formerly Sunterra) resort.
Deluxe = At Wyndham Fairfield this is larger than the Suite units
and has interior upgrades usually including a jetted bath tub and better
interiors
DOV = Deluxe Ocean View Unit, a KBC unit in
JrSuite = A larger unit with upgraded interior features. At
LO = Lockoff / Lockout, meaning one half the unit can be locked
apart from the other so neither side had access to the other.
OF = Ocean Front unit
OV = Ocean View unit
Premium = A larger unit with upgraded interior features. At
Suite = At Wyndham Fairfield this is smaller than the Deluxe
units

Repeat customers receive the following benefits on rentals:

5-10% discount on my rack rates (10% on Diamond Resorts direct
reservations, usually 5% on everything else, some reservations for units owned
by other owners such as Westin and Marriott I may or may not be able to offer
discounts). Sometimes with full rack
rate payment I’ll upgrade you to the next size unit (depends on reservation and
resort)
o
If you book vacations more than 8 months in advance I bill 50% at
time of booking and balance 2.5 months before checkin for any reservations made
from my ownership (Westin and Marriott and other owner reservations are always
100% at time of booking, as is true for first time customers).
